"Clean room, friendly staff but the desk help had a very heavy accent that I had trouble understanding. My associates and I found the beds to be set higher than usual and some difficulty getting in the beds. Also the toilets are set lower making it uncomfortable to try to sit. I guess it is called being old. Breakfast had a good selection and was well done."

The encounter with staff was pretty mixed, with one front desk staff member who clearly had a bad day and felt the need to share it, but at the end of the day, her co-worker went above and beyond the call of duty. Other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It does seem that when they check in tours, which is often, adding extra front desk folks would not be a bad idea. Both for staff and hotel guests."
