「Communication with Dorian was always quick and helpful. The house was the perfect size for our family, and we especially appreciated the 3 single beds for kids. There was Nintendo and some craft supplies to keep the kids busy, and a washer dryer with all supplies. Note that the road to the house is a dirty road, and it was very bumpy each time we came and went. It is also partially off-grid and you will need to be cautious with your water usage. 「This property was adequate for our stay. The location to Grand Canyon is fairly good although next time, I will stay in a hotel in the park or in Tusayon. The tiny home is really tiny-as advertised-and did not leave much room for sitting and/or eating. Overall, the cabin was clean, although the linens were very low quality (think hospital sheets) and did have some staining (not new stains but maybe a remnant from commercially laundering.)
