We visited Williams to go to Bearizona and Grand Canyon. The home was beautiful and comfortable. Very clean. Great location close to town. Home located on the corner of a quiet residential neighborhood. Listing was as described. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place in Williams, AZ.

A group of us were intown for a Grand Canyon trip. This house was perfect! Only 55 minutes from the entrance to the park. The town of Williams was a great place to hunker down. Plenty of restaurants and gift shops nearby (plus Bearizona!).

We loved this home so much. We stayed gone most of the time but the house was so homey and perfect for our family. The younger kids loved the king size bunk beds and the older kid loved her privacy in the second bedroom. Everything was perfect here!

We were a group of 2 families and we stayed for 3 nights. The property was accurately described easy to find and check into, and we all had a blast! The decor was beautiful, everything was clean and well stocked, and the house is designed well for everyone to hang out and enjoy. We all loved the games, record player, pool table and hot tub! Kids especially went nuts over the king bunk beds. Highly recommend!

I took my family to stay here to visit William's and take the train to the grand canyon. This home was amazing,every detail was labeled, the beds, pillows, sheets , robes were very soft and so comfortable. We all slept great! The decor and extras were exceptional and made it feel like home. We enjoyed your home, it was a little too cold to play boccee ball but really wanted to.

This propert’s interior is so well done! Everything is cohesive without being matchy- matchy. The dishware and other amenities are high-end. The sheets are super comfortable in the house. Does a great job of allowing everyone to visit in one space.I didn’t fully appreciate that the twin bed sleeping arrangements were out separate from the main house in the Casita. I could’ve missed that in reviewing the listing. It made us shift around our sleeping arrangements a little bit, but it worked out and we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful property with many amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. Only thing we would change are the chairs for the dining table. Three different people stubbed their toes, the rear legs stick out beyond the backrests. Beds were comfortable and electronics plentiful.

Williams has a lot to do, good places to eat and a lot to see. Animal parks, fishing lakes, golf, and the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, plus Sadona are close enough for day trips. If you want a central located place to stay, The Grand Basecamp is the place. Very clean, confortable, plenty of space and beds for family and friends. Pool table, Bocce ball court, plenty of games, and Xbox to keep every one entertained. Even a Jaccuzi tub to enjoy under the stars to unwind in at the end of your day. It has everything you need for your stay and plenty of dishes and cutlery pots and pans, if you want to cook or BBQ. A wonderful fun place to stay.

Our entire family stayed here as our base to visit the town of Williams and the Grand Canyon. Our 1-year-old grandson, thre adult children and two spouses. It was perfect for us all. A lot of entertainment available too. Great hosts!! We are descendants of Old Bill Williams, "The Mountain Man "

This was such a cool house! It was so nicely decorated and comfortable! The kids loved the hot tub. They enjoyed lassoing outside and playing pool! I would definitely stay again - in fact I hope we will be in that area again so we can!

It was everything we expected and the hosts were amazing we got to Williams about 3 hours early so I emailed them to see if we can check in early and they were so quick to respond with a yes it was just an amazing stay will so do it again…. Thank you guys so much.
