Love this property for its quaintness, friendly staff and added perks. Great proximity to The Williamsburg Winery and the Gabriel Archer Tavern. Both a tranquil oasis and convenient to all Williamsburg has to offer.

Vineyard on premises and wine tasting flute with your stay. Continental breakfast was a a bit more than that and included a hot quiche option. Romo’s and beds were excellent if your into the historic BNB’s like my husband and I are.

This property is perhaps the main reason to stay in an area sorrounded by gorgeous historic sites romantic settings and people who will make you feel comfortable and very special. I was able to Visit Yorktown, Jamestown and Williamsburg, They will provide you with a list of the best, and the finest restaurants in the area. They even have their own winery. Amazing place to celebrate your anniversary, birthday or get married.

We were traveling to Florida from New England and this was our first stop after a very long day of driving. The reception could not have been more wonderful. Our room was really lovely (only complaint was that we heard absolutely everything from the floor above us. Every footstep every whisper every suitcase roll. Maybe some carpeting might help? I know it is not at all I’m keeping with the aesthetic of the place, but some sound buffering would be really good) Breakfast in the café was lovely and the woman working could not have been kinder. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

I found this property on the internet when searching for a place to stay while we toured the area. I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was! The staff were exceptionally friendly! Beautiful grounds, and beautiful room. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a bottle of wine that was left for us in the room. Breakfast was delicious! My husband and I started in Williamsburg and then drove down the coast looking at lighthouses. We stayed in several different places, but none came close to our wonderful stay at Wedmore Place. The only negative thing that I could say about our stay would be to pay a little more attention to cleaning. I stepped on popcorn kernels in our room (we didn't have any popcorn), and had to wipe off long black hair on the toilet upon our arrival. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend it to everyone!

Heat wasn't working in our first room. Staff response was prompt and we were upgraded and transferred to a suite. Attractive property with European feel. Each room is a little different. Nice breakfast.

The property was on a beautiful Vinyard and was surrounded by trees and a small pond, it was picturesque to say the least. The room was extremely clean and smelled freshly cleaned as we entered. The bedding was extremely soft and comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, pastries and breakfast caserole. We enjoyed our tea and coffee in the sunroom facing the pool and beautiful trees.

This property sits beside the Williamsburg Winery and the two times we have stayed there it has included two flights of wine, a bottle of wine, and a delicious breakfast. The rooms are nicely appointed and we really enjoyed the Normandy room with a double tub.
