"We’ve stayed in many Hampton Inns throughout the eastern seaboard, this hotel is by far the best one. It started by being greeted as guest of the day! The room and hotel were sparkling clean. We even saw a member of the cleaning staff cleaning all parts of the tables in the breakfast area and the elevators, too. I’ve never seen that. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee tasted so good! Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable stay on our long road trip."

"The room was "okay". It was probably better suited for a single male on business versus a couple or family. The cleanliness was decent. There were no vending or ice machines available. The air conditioning wasn't powerful enough to reach the bathroom (which did not have a fan). The towels were horrible (like small strips of sand paper). The noise from the highway was loud and constant. I called ahead to make arrangements for my dog that we were bringing along. However, I was accused by the front desk personnel of not informing them and was told I would have to pay extra for him (which I had already agreed to when I called). Finally, check in was at 3pm but our room was not ready until 6:20 pm. Over 3 hours late is not exactly what you want when you've already been in the car for over 5 hours :("
