"Our stay was just OK. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The devil was in the details: while the room was clean, our balcony had a left over, partially consumed water bottle left there. The metal cover that hides the hole in the wall at the base of the shower sprayer was not there. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable to sleep on. Following our first night and use of the provided in-room glasses, the cleaning crew did not replace them with clean glasses. Room service was not available when we attempted to place an order 35 minutes before they closed. Finally, the price of the breakfast buffet for the quality and selection was unreasonably high; over $30 for an adult breakfast (excluding tip) and the food was the same quality one finds at most hotels offering free breakfast buffets. Ordering an actual meal off the menu was no less expensive. I expect to pay a premium when staying at a resort, but I also expect the quality of the resort and its amenities to reflect that premium. In this case, the resort failed to provide fair value for the price of its offerings. "

"Overall good, but did not get bath towel service/replacement when requested. No such service the 3 nights there. I had to go get towels off cart in hall one day and the second day i had to ask for service twice, then i received two deliveries. ASM"

"Clean room. Nice pool and hot tub. They allow early check-ins and late checkouts. There are hot breakfast options everyday. However, they do not change day-to-day. I didn’t like their eggs or apple juice. Other than that it was good!! "

"The woman running your hotel bar in the evenings is a treasure. She knows how to handle guests and locals alike with grace and humor. Shes a keeper!"

"Clean, quiet, very comfortable and roomy. The beds were so comfortable! I slept the whole night which never happens the first night away. The Speakman shower was a welcome surprise as I jumped in for a quick shower and got the best massage! I will definitely stay here again! "

"A lot of glitter pieces left on floors from weekend We told housekeeping to come back in an hour, they never returned reserved king room handicap accessible never got handicap accessible I’m currently using crutches/wheelchair ordered coffee and pastries from room service but only got coffee Rooms and food where meh definitely not worth the Woodlands high prices"
