It's in the second floor of an historic building.
3 blocks away from downtown Riverwalk. Close to all shopping places, and restaurants.
A modern apartment in a historic building that was built in 1776. Perfect location for visitors who wants to explore historic downtown of Wilmington.
The apartment is designed to make your stay very comfortable. It has a full sized washer and dryer, a standup shower, premium cotton bed linens, made up and waiting for you!

Loved this place!!

I have traveled to Wilmington 4 times in the last two years! We love it! I have stayed in a Home Away property every time! They all have been great but this was by far my favorite place! The view is great! I sat in the mornings in the window seat and read! It was just great! We took our teenagers and one of their friends! It was perfect amount of room and great pricing! This is definitely a place you want to grab up if you are planning on staying in Wilmington anytime soon! ❤️
