Great house!
We enjoyed staying here during my daughter’s graduation. The house was located in a nice area, close to everything. The house had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy family.

Perfect Little house
We were down in Wilmington for our oldest daughter's wedding. This house was the perfect location. It was no more that 5 to 10 minutes from almost everything. It was so clean and tidy. The amenities were great. Beth was so great she ever reached out once or twice through our stay to check on us to see if we needed anything. We had friends come to the wedding and meet us for a few drinks at the house and they even noted how great it was

Beautiful place
The home was very clean, comfortable and cozy. It was close to the stores, beaches and the River Walk. The owner is very nice. We had an issue getting into the house. When I called her she was over in about 2 minutes. We would stay here again. I would definitely recommend it.

Relaxing Escape
We had such a wonderful, peaceful escape at Beth's home. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old son and we enjoyed easy proximity to the downtown riverfront and the beach, plus it was an easy drive to stores and restaurants to stock up on whatever we needed. My family and I have stayed here 3 times over the years. We love it!! The house is adorable and very well kept. The decor is so cute and it’s at a very convenient location. This is a gem located in one of the most charming neighborhoods in Wilmington. A great house with perfect interiors that you quickly relax into (it felt like our personal home away from home). There’s a large backyard (great for the pups!) and a relaxing deck with comfy furniture out back too. We loved being able to cook in the well appointed kitchen or take a short drive to so many terrific restaurants nearby - Thai, Italian, French! We ate and slept very well. We’ll be back!

Rented this property for a few friends coming into town for a wedding. Very nice place to relax before the big day. Great outdoor seating area and comfortable rooms. Host was very helpful. Great location with a straight shot to downtown.

A wonderful neighborhood
While the home is about 15 minutes from the beach, we were looking for a home that would be dog friendly for our 6 month old miniature golden doodle. The neighborhood was a really great place to walk our puppy. Quiet streets, lovely homes, sidewalks, and lots of trees. Having the host/owner next door was a real plus and she became an instant friend. The kitchen had everything one would want...although we ate most of our meals in restaurants. The back deck with a comfortable couch and chairs was a great place for a nap in the sun on a fall afternoon.

Wonderful Place
We came to Wilmington for a family wedding, and stayed at this property for five days. What a wonderful, comfortable, clean place to relax in between our family events. The weather was gorgeous, so the deck provided an extra wonderful place to hang out…especially for our dogs, who enjoyed the home with us. Additionally, the neighborhood is fabulous for dog and people walking. And the location is convenient to everything! Beth communicated with me regularly to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We are definitely coming back to wonderful Wilmington, and we will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Our stay was everything we could’ve imagined and more! We were super close to downtown, and conveniently located to everywhere else we went to over the weekend! The yard and neighborhood were perfect for walking the pup, and the house and kitchen was so well equipped. The host was extremely available and hospitable. A Wonderful Property
We couldn't have been more pleased with this delightful home! A perfect place to stay for 5 nights as we had meetings in the Wilmington area. The house was well appointed and immaculate with everything we needed. Tastefully decorated and most appreciated was the outdoor deck with comfortable furniture. We enjoyed our evening cocktails in this little oasis. Definitely a place we will come back to when we return to this area.

I am so pleased I selected to stay at this property! Beth has hit the nail on the head when it comes to providing a comfortable and relaxed home away from home! My niece had books and movies for her age to engage her as well as an unbelievable selection of dvds for the adults! I mean...she had Gene Kelley movies! Classic! There isn't anything I could say that would express how satisfied I was with the home...all I will say is just BOOK here! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

A perfect oasis
My husband and I along with our large dog drove across country from California to NC. Our new home was not quite ready for us, and the movers left all of our boxes in the main areas of the house. We had decided in advance to rent a house for 8 days to give us time to set up our new home. We could not have found a better place to stay. The home was well appointed, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Our hostess, Beth, was right next door had we needed anything. Our dog had a yard to play in which helped him with the transition. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at this lovely Forest Hills home.

Fantastic Experience
We absolutely loved the place! It was spacious and homey. Beth has wonderful taste and did a great job with the renovation/decorating. It ended up to be only my husband and I, but originally my son with his wife and two young daughters (1 & 2 years old) and my daughter were supposed to join us. Because of the rise in the cases of the delta variant of the coronavirus, safety of the granddaughters was a concern, so my son and family decided not to travel. My daughter ended up not able to get enough time off from work, so she couldn't come either. We were so disappointed. The place was perfect to have had all of us there. There was a crib and high chair for the granddaughters and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was gorgeous and wonderful to cook in. We had an issue the first day with the heater, but Beth had it taken care of right away so we wouldn't freeze. (Being from Hawaii, I do not do well in the cold.) My husband's sister and nephew live in the area so they were able to come and "hang out" with us at the rental. One small item I should have mentioned to Beth was the keypad was a bit difficult to see because we came in after dark. (It would have helped if I had read the instructions more carefully because it did say the keypad was on the door. We were trying to get into the little box by the side of the door.) Our biggest "complaint" was that the rest of the family couldn't make it to enjoy the beautiful place!

We could not have had a better place to stay in Wilmington! Beth and David are the best host. It’s a very cute house that is clean and has everything that you would need. We had enough room for our family to stay and it is close to all the stores you would need. We will definitely be back if we have another trip to Wilmington planned!
