Clean, adorable, great location.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to walk to downtown but quiet enough to enjoy the evenings in. The beds were comfortable and the place was well appointed. My husband and I plan to come back with our dog.

Beautiful rental. Requires 2 apps for communication.

The property is lovely and just about a mile to the riverwalk. The property manager was pleasant, but they add on 2 required communication and payment apps, in addition to the VRBO communications. For me, this was an inconvenience.

Wilmington Delight

The house was perfect for our stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen supplied for cooking but bring basics (spices, oils, etc. - none provided). Very well stocked for coffee and tea in the morning, very nice! Location was great, close to downtown, and SO many breweries. We had a great time. We walked and biked everywhere, no car needed for most activities, but short distances in the car if needed. We would rent again. Prompt answers for any issues as well, management of property was great. Thanks

Adorable Property

I went back and forth on how to rate this property. At the end of the day - the house is adorable. Very clean, well appointed (although they need a wine opener). On the second night of our stay we received a large amount of rain. Like full downpour. Which uncovered active roof leak in the back bathroom. Water dripping onto the sink and floor, and plaster falling from the ceiling. The person who came out to see it apologized and said that they had thought it was repaired, but it must not have been. And while annoyed, it was fine. I’m a home owner and things happen. But what ticked me off was the response I received the next day from PMI which downplayed the event as “cosmetic”and non-impactful to our stay. And then when I called to explain this was far from cosmetic and was indeed impactful, this representative told me he was sorry that *I interpreted his email incorrectly*. He later did apologize for real instead of a half apology and blaming me for “misinterpreting”. Hopefully PMI does some customer service training with their team because honestly, any work I have to do while on my vacation is impactful. It’s time away from my family after spending my money on a property that I expect to be in good order so that I can enjoy time away. And when customers contact you - understand the actual issue by approaching them in an open and inquisitive manner vs poo-pooing their experience from the get-go.

LOVE IT!! we stayed at this beautiful home while visiting Wilmington, and definitely do not regret my choice. Very close to all restaurants and local events. Very pet friendly! I would highly recommend this home next time you visit Wilmington!

Nice, new home and dog friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was nicely done. The location was quiet with an easy walk to the riverfront and many restaurants. There was a great coffee shop right around the corner. We recommend!
