Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay in Wilmington! Check in was smooth and the house was even ready a little bit early for us! The host was kind and communicative! The location was in perfect walking distance to downtown.

Located in a nice, safe neighborhood. The home was very clean, beds comfortable, shower pressure and water temperature perfect. Plenty of towels, washcloths and blankets. Gina was a pleasure to deal with! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The owners have so many thoughtful things tucked throughout the home to make your stay pleasant. From plug in scents to fluffy bathrobes, we were impressed with their attention to details. We were happy to find this rental in small town Wilmington and will be returning.

A few code violations back steps need to be brought up to even steps last step is 12in makes it a dangerous trip hazard. Concrete pad under carport cracks need ground down and repaired trip hazard.weeds in back cleaned. Garbage can moved flys over wellming nasty.up date all furniture old and nasty.beds gross.

My first rental - great host, great property

Very pleased with the experience overall. Sure, it was the only property in Wilmington, but she did a great job at everything. A few snacks waited for us, instructions were clear and accommodating, house was in good shape.
