Hot Tub is located on the back Florida room. It is shared with the upstairs unit. So either occupant has access from inside the house.

The enclosed Florida room which has the Hot tub and Table is a shared area with the upstairs. Also the back yard which can be used for pets is shared. And a fire Pit and Grill located next to the garage.
Patrons are expected to share all these areas.
