This large beautiful oceanfront home (over 5300 sq ft) sleeps 20 with pool and heated spa has everything you need and is mid-way between the Kure Beach pier and Carolina Beach's famous boardwalk. There are two separate gathering areas to accommodate large groups. The main living area has large sweeping views of the pool and ocean and seats 13 people easily. It also includes a round table seating 6 for playing games, working on puzzles or as a second dining table. The ground floor has a large recreation room with seating for 6 around the TV.
Enjoy the beautiful east coast sunrises while drinking coffee from one of the oceanfront decks while listening to the calming sound of waves crashing. Or go for a walk along the beach looking for seashells. Relax on the beach and ride the waves or tan on our spacious decks and dip in the 15x34 foot saltwater pool. You have your own private walkway to the beach. You won’t find crowds here. The nearest public access is 10 houses down and a private development access is 4 houses away. You can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and grill or enjoy one of Pleasure Island's many restaurants. Pleasure Island (Includes Carolina Beach and Kure Beach) has many wonderful attractions to appeal to everyone to include historic Fort Fisher, the NC Aquarium, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, sailing/boating, fishing and shopping. Each night offers a different adventure from Sunday night open air movies at the lake to Thursday night live music at the boardwalk and fireworks (one of the best displays around and visible from our beach walkway). Don't forget to visit Britt's Donuts at the boardwalk (ranked #2 independent doughnut shop in the US). Venturing further afield to Wilmington presents additional fun such as visiting the USS North Carolina battleship, the riverfront downtown with shopping, restaurants and boat tours or Airlie Gardens.

Sleeps 20 Sleeping Configuration: 3 King Bedrooms (1MBR Suite and 2 ensuite BRs), 3 queen bedrooms (one oceanfront with an adjacent bath). Built in bunkbeds in large rec room in ground floor which include, 2 Twin over Full bunk beds with 2 twin trundle beds, 1 Queen Murphy Bed on the 3rd floor.
With all the amenities you could want including, pool with hot tub, high-speed wireless internet, DVD player, washer/dryer, Jacuzzi tub in master bath, garage parking, plenty of cookware and kitchen supplies. Beach equipment is available for your use which typically includes 8 or more beach chairs, 1-2 boogie boards, sand toys and pool toys. We also have a shuffleboard table, putting green, toys and games for all ages. There are 2 pack and plays as well as 2 booster seats. This is a non-smoking house. This is our home 8-9 months of the year so we take pride in providing everything you might need and keeping the house and the furnishings in superb condition--our family uses it as is.
There are 4-6 parking spaces. Two in garage and 2-4 in driveway depending on car sizes, The driveway is 35 feet long. For your safety and ours, there are security cameras on the outside of the property in several locations such as: driveway, entry door, pool equipment, beach walkway, and trash can area.
