    Room for everyone! This beautiful beach view townhouse floor plan sleeps 11, with 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. Each bedroom includes a private bath. Bedrooms each have their own TV with digital Television package featuring over 100 channels. High speed wifi internet thru out the condo.

    Fully stocked spacious open floor plan kitchen, perfect for cooking in for the entire crowd. Dining/kitchen seating up to 10 people.

We had a great time. The location was perfect for accessibly to food, shops, the Boardwalk, & the beach. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared The keypad wasn’t working but the host provided a key. The host was very easy to connect with via phone or messaging. It was a nice family vacation.

It was really nice, and a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, lots of restaurants and shops. Just park and walk. Place was clean and spacious, lots of balconies. Stuff like soaps, trash bags etc were provided so we didn't have to make a run to buy stuff which was great!

This is the best location in town. We enjoyed our stay and the place was perfect for us during our time at Carolina Beach. We never had to move our car because everything was so close and Chris was wonderful and so easy to communicate with and we would love to come back soon! Oh and the views are stunning! Waking up and watching the sunrise over the ocean... from the bed.

The property was in an excellent, central location, which made our entire stay incredibly convenient. Highly recommended! Beach 5 min walk. Amusement park next door. Boardwalk 4min. I was worried that Amusement park would be loud all night but quiets down at 10:30. Not an issue.

Excellent property

This property deserves 10 stars. Hosts were excellent at communication; location is within walking distance to many restaurants and super close to the beach; the bed in the primary suite is so comfortable!; the place is clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was clean, updated and big enough for my whole family. The host was phenomenal! We did a unexpected same day booking and we were able to check in within minutes of payment. We will definitely be back!

The property was awesome and our kids had a blast! I would point out that if you have a family member who has difficulty climbing stairs, be aware that there are A lot of Stairs in this home. Overall Great stay! We definitely recommend this host. Thanks !

Location is great…walk to so many places.. shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. The beach was a very quick walk and the beach was really clean when we were there. We had a could issues with the house. There had been an AC leak problem when we arrived but we were notified on our drive down that they had fixed it but there was some water damage and big fans drying everything out and they were gone when we got there. We had a very hard rain and wind one night and the upstairs window area leaked in the bathroom and master bedroom. Luckily we didn’t get anymore rain while we were there to cause any issues but we did notify the host and he is now aware that this happened. I’m not sure if it has happened previously or not.The house was well equipped with everything you need. We were able to cook etc with no issues. The balconies had a good bit of bird poop on then…seemed like some birds were living there…I wish there was a broom to sweep them off etc.. plenty of room definitely for everyone.. we had 8 adults.. ages 20-60. All in all.. not bad…not excellent…the host was really good at responding.. we couldn’t find the remote at one point and he wad very attentive.

Chris was amazing. We had an issue checking in, but after that short issue... things went great. He went out of his way to take care of a couple things we needed help with.

Everything was nice but the refrigerator. It worked but didn’t keep things cold. The freezer was cold but didn’t freeze things. We bought a $40 ice cream cake for my daughter’s graduation before we realized that and it was a puddle in the morning! The owner offered to have a new one delivered but we didn’t want to take the time from our already short vacation to wait for it. We asked if he could allow us a small discount for our inconvenience and he said he would on our next stay. In other words, he’s making sure we book this again, and if we don’t he doesn’t lose anything. Pretty disappointed with that part.

Location Was Great!

Property was just as described. It was clean, centrally located to restaurants and the beach, and provided amenities to partake. At the start of our stay, the keypad needed batteries. The Owners communicated well to allow notification of the repair person. It was a minor inconvenience as we felt a bit profiled. On day two, a man was lingering out back and appeared to be staring inside the rental. We ended up calling the cops and watched as they questioned him. This was a bit eerie as no curtains were in the living room so we remained on watch for the rest of our stay. The beach access was perfect and the security appeared amenable. The directions to check out was clearly displayed. We departed earlier than necessary as we were at an unease after the “peeping Tom” incident. Overall it was an ok stay but not as enjoyable as we would have liked. The required deposit had us a bit miffed as there was numerous defects and we were not show if they were already noted. In hindsight we realize that we should have taken photos of the hole in the rug, left over waffles in the freezer, and other details that existed upon our arrival so as not to. E charged for these things. Would suggest the owner lists the noted damages for renters to see this upon start of rental. We appreciated the togetherness time and the shelter this unit provided during our stay.

Location is perfect, property spacious.

Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, farmers market, amusement park. Loved it!!! Every room has its own bathroom.
