Comfortably accommodates 10 guests across four stylish bedrooms:
1- Lower Level Master Suite – King bed, ensuite full bath with tub/shower combo, Smart TV, heated stamped concrete floors, desk, and direct access to the hot tub walkway with mountain views.
2 / 3 - Second Floor Bedrooms (2) – Each with a king bed, cozy décor, and shared split bath featuring a steam shower, double sinks, and a private area for toilet.
4 - Carriage House Suite – King bed, ensuite bath with subway-tile shower, Smart TV, and coffee station.

Bathrooms include 3 full baths and 1 half bath (with washer/dryer). All bedrooms feature premium linens, Smart TVs, ample storage, and ceiling lighting with side lamps.

• Winter Access – 4WD/AWD vehicle is essential to get down the driveway in Winter (other cars must park at the top of the driveway); 4WD/AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for mountain roads; snowplow service is provided for snowfall over 5 inches.
• Maximum Occupancy – Sleeps 10 guests (8 in bedrooms, plus queen foam mattress for 2 additional guests if desired).
