Awesome house!
This is our third time staying at Pelican’s Perch and our family loves it! The house is furnished with basically everything you need. All we carry is our clothes and food. They have enough beach chairs and umbrellas for our family (5 adults, 2 toddlers and baby). You can sit on the deck with your morning coffee and watch the sun come up over the ocean. Beach access is almost directly across from the house and so nice that it’s private and you don’t have to pay for parking. The owners are so fast to respond to you and Barbara the property manager is great to work with. We look forward to coming back again next year.

Beautiful home with super easy beach access, Literally right across the street. Home was clean, nicely stocked with kitchen items and towels. spacious bedrooms, nice game area in garage with plenty of activities, Would stay here again.

Independence Day Week at Pelican's Perch
Excellent location and excellent accommodations with excellent view of Independence Day fireworks from the top balcony and dining area. Property manager is very responsive.

Great stay.
My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary at Pelican’s Perch. The home was just about perfect. Decorated so beachy, and cute. Kitchen had everything needed to put a meal together, and even a gas grill on the deck. We could see the ocean from the deck and even from the sitting area in the family room. The walk to the beach was just across the street. The garage had a ping pong table, and nice beach chairs, and even a cart to put our beach ware in to take to the beach. The house was spotless, and Barbara and Penny were very helpful with our check in and check out, and even posted local events. Wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this beautiful home. Close to things as well.

Fun at Kure Beach!
We had a great stay and were very appreciative of the well stocked beach necessities and kitchen. At the end of the week we realized we had eaten every meal at the house and it was fantastic! Not a drop of rain until our last night.

Awesome place! Will definitely stay again.
This was a superb property. They were super responsive and the place was great. We had an emergency with our sons car (who was traveling up from Ole Miss) and they allowed for a late check out and were so kind about it. Very understanding. We will for sure rent this house again!!
