Excellent host!
The overall stay was good, minor issues came up but the property manager was extremely quick to resolve any issues, and was also extremely quick to respond. The location was very convenient to the airport and was close to both the downtown and beach area. Overall an amazing stay!

A Diamond In the Rough INDEED
At first when we arrived, we were very skeptical of the idea of a property in a warehouse behind a showcase room. But when we got in, we were amazed at how cool the property was. we had a blast staying here and privacy that could not be matched anywhere else! it was a 20 minute car ride to the beach and 10 minutes to Leland. Great spot, highly recommend.

Better than any hotel suite!
My family and I were VERY pleased with the space. Plenty of room to relax. Clean. It rained during our stay and the apartment kept us from being disappointed. Our dogs were at ease and relaxed as well. We already talked about coming back for our next trip!

Very cool place
Great place, close to everything in Wilmington. Very clean and had enough room for all 10 of us. Needed some extra chairs to accommodate full occupancy. Very well stocked for all supplies... Cleaning, kitchen, beach.
