「The pool was beautiful just didn’t have any towels」

「Don’t expect to check in on time. Bed is super uncomfortable, makes a lot of noise with the springs and is super sunk in. I woke up in so much back pain. Floors were sticky, place smelled like dirty mop water. There was a random electrical hole in our wall in the room. They didn’t even have a toilet paper holder. The pool was the nicest thing they offered, but it’s shared with the connecting hotel, which might’ve been the better option for stay…」

There was hair all in the shower not cleaned we told them they said they came back in the next morning to clean and only thing they fixed was the bed still never cleaned the shower. Light fixtures in room were missing screws we told them the light probably would fall off the walls. The pool was very cloudy and kids were swimming in nasty water」

「There was trash left in the room from the previous tenants. I reported it to the front desk and she said she would have housekeeping come clean it. They never came and cleaned one single time during our stay, which was 5 days 4 nights. They never emptied the trash, they never restarted coed our towels, rags, mats. They never came and cleaned anything during the stay. I reported multiple things multiple times and was informed they would take care of it but never did. At one point they said they...

「The location was great, easy access to Carolina, Kure & Wrightville beaches. Near a mall, Walmart and several grocery stores, as well as a movie theater. The staff was very professional, friendly and inviting. This was our first time visiting and we'll surely be returning and staying at this location. The breakfast was quite delicious and a large variety.」

「Room was nice and clean. Great ocean view and very easy access. Staff wasn't friendly and the man who oversees the parking needs to relax and not take his job so seriously. All the comments about getting caught parking there if not a guest and then questioning and making sure guests were ACTUALLY guests got annoying.」
