Beautiful place in a perfect location

We loved staying here while we visited our daughter. It was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be.

Holiday at the Waterway

It would've been great had the internet worked consistently and the tv's properly functioned. As it was, many hours were spent identifying the problems and getting used to status quo. Other than that, it would've been a great stay for reasonable pricing.

Wedding in Wilmington

Our stay at Waterway 220 was okay. Unit was much smaller than anticipated. Decor was beachy and cute. It is an old beach motel and we should have known there would be issues. When we first walked in, the light switch for the living room light/fan didn’t work and no remote on the slot next to door. A/C unit in front window was very loud and the only air to cool entire place. The tile floors weren’t very clean and were sticky. Bathroom was very small. Old tub with rusted drain. Had to take fan from living room to cool bathroom area. We contacted the manager about the living room light/fan and said a remote had to be ordered. They promised to bring us another fan, but never got it.

Nice stop in Wilmy!

We stayed here for an overnight visit to UNCW. The location is great, very close to the intercoastal bridge and a couple restaurants within walking distance. The place was clean, quiet, and decorated nicely. We plan on staying here again when in town.

Enjoyed our stay! Great location next to the bridge, easy access to wrightsville beach, nice walk to coffee and food. Small but clean and nicely decorated. Will return
