“Very nice room and suite clean and accomdating ”

“Perfect location for solitude and nature while still close to UVA, Monticello, and convenience shopping. Walked the trail to the creek and enjoyed the fire pit. Great dinner at Sedona (Tap House?) in Charlottesville and visited Monticello. Would definitely stay again. Cozy and quiet location. Easy check-in. Convenient.”

“Everything about the cottage was great! It was perfect for our small family. Everything was super clean. The host was very responsive. All of the instructions were easy to follow and we had no issues checking in. It was such a convenient place to stay. We plan to come back!”

“I just needed a place to sleep and access to the stove. Everything worked out and the bed was very comfortable.”

“Clean, well stocked with amenities, excellent communication, ideal location, lovely outdoor features, fairly priced. I would recommend and visit again.”

“The property felt exceptionally clean and inviting. The design of the studio was spacious with amazing finishings. We appreciated the water and coffee. Arrival and departure were communicated clearly. Parking was easy. I also liked that all the light switches were clearly labeled. We would definitely recommend!”

“These units were very well thought out and comfortable. Bed was great, kitchen stocked with useful tools and basics that were so nice to have at our disposal. It’s clean, modern and our stay was very restful. Checking in and out is a breeze - door code sent to you 15 minutes before check-in. Would definitely go back if we’re ever in the area again.”

“We had a great stay on this historic estate! Very clean and cozy studio in the perfect location, in the countryside but close to town, with plenty of restaurant and shopping options. Close to Monticello, Highland, parks, and multiple wineries. Would definitely recommend to couples visiting the Charlottesville area!”

“Great place to stay! Only a 25 min ride from Charlottesville!”

“Second time staying at this gem! The owner is very responsive and informative! House is super clean, Stocked with items you would normally bring yourself. Will definitely be back! Several Wineries near by, Float the James River, the cute town of Scottsville is 10 minutes away.”

“Such a fantastic place! We were only there for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. TOP of the line everything. Bed was like a dream sleep. I loved the curved dining table nook for doing a little work. And the location...nothing better if you are visiting Monticello. Great find. Great stay.”

“We were there for a wedding. It was a perfect house for a couple families to come together to share. It was very comfortable! No complaints!”

“Host was very kind and responsive. House had a great layout for our group It was raining so we didnt get to enjoy the fire pit or the new gas grill. 2 kitchens and 2 family rooms and the gaming area was fun especially with the wet weather. Huge refrigerator upstairs and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and clean house”

“This house is fantastic and meant for small groups. The floor plan is open and the rooms are simply perfect.”

“This property was lovely. My wife and I very much enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the views. The property was well kept and had an upscale feel to it. We enjoyed the peaceful evenings out on the front porch and the hot tub. My only complaint was that the kitchen was not very well stocked with "normal kitchen" stuff. There was no sponges for washing dishes and a standard spa chela. Not a big deal, but attention to detail matters. I would recommend a restocking of those small kitchen items……
