"This hotel is a basic low cost property. The non-smoking room overwhelmingly smelled of cigarette smoke. Even the towels had picked up the odor. The floor clearly had not been swept. It does appear that they are renovating some of the property and the bathroom fixtures seemed updated, but the faucet ..."
