"I never made it to my reservation, i called to cancel due to a snow storm, and was charged full price. I was going to travel a few hours to stay there for a wrestling tournament that was canceled due to dangerous weather. I made the reservation, and tried to cancel not even 12 hours later, and was still charged. I will never used that hotel or Expedia again!! As a single mom, i won't be fooled again by these awful tricks. "

"We didn't have breakfast. The room was clean. But the reception was not the best. We arrived around 8p.m. no one at the reception. We called, we went to both hallways and called louder, we went to a third area and yelled some more. No one came. Finally, after a good 7min., this girl showed up in her pink hoodie and what looked like baby pink sweat pants or jammies saying she had to have her dinner. No apologies. Later, after we got settled in our room, I went to look for a couple pillows. She said she would bring them after she had her dinner (again!) Not the friendliest, welcoming reception, didn't look very professional. "

"I have a certain affection for this hotel; I've stayed here multiple times. Price is always great. Continental breakfast is awful but that might just be my snobby tastes. This particular stay toilet wasn't properly cleaned (some residual urine splash behind the lid) and possibly black mold on the wall!?!? Overall decent stay. Like I said I keep coming back!"
