A short walk to the fantastic Riverbank Brewery and Hays House Restaurant, as well as other great food options and shopping. Short drive to Manhattan and Kansas State. Can't beat it!”

“Our group of 3 retired fisherman spent a couple of days fishing Council Grove lake and this home was a perfect resting spot. Very close to downtown and what made it great was parking our boat in the driveway and we had power to charge our batteries. The home was very clean and the beds were all comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Will always stay here when in town again if available!”

Property owner easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Council Grove is a great small town getaway spot: Hays House excellent dinner; Riverbank Brewery great beer, cool spot; downtown shopping; Saddlerock Cafe great breakfast diner. Would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.”
