“Bkf good but not great, small selection compared to other motels at equal cost”

“Delightful, friendly and efficient manager. Thanks.”

“Overall, a great value to stay in downtown Chanute, Kansas. The host had great communication and all the amenities were excellent. My only challenge with the property was it was in dire need of upkeep could’ve been just a little bit. The building is very old and there were many cracks down multiple walls, which is no fault of the owners. In terms of cleanliness, I had a lot of bugs I had to kill the first night, including ladybugs and grasshopper, which I thought was strange. It was a second……

“Overall super cute and convenient!”

“Nice and spacious. The cat pee smell was a little overwhelming. Especially towards the back of the house. House has a musty smell. But we were aware of it ahead a time. Definitely plan to stay again.”

“Cute cabin with all the things you need to cook with and accommodated 5 of us easily. There were small touches that just made the cabin and area super cozy feeling and we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed in the cabin. “Nice house. Host answered questions in a timely manner. Very quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.”

“Excellent property. Will visit again.”

“The rooms were nicely renovated and the property was quiet and in a great central location downtown with plenty of parking. The shower water pressure was amazing and the beds were pretty comfy. The only opportunity for improvement is that the towels were well past their life usage and were stained heavily. It's time for a swap. When I return, I will likely stay here again for the location and ease of access.”

“Over all good experience. Very clean and friendly staff.”
