「Out of over 12 facilities we stayed in over three weeks, this was the most expensive and the most disappointing. Had to call number at office for code for our room entry. Never received message with access information. We were there 3 nights. Never saw anyone in office that was open with all room keys hanging, which is a security issue. Light fixture did not work in our room. Missing tiles in shower and bathroom floor. It was clean. Never received any clean towels. Had to go get more coffee...
