“Really cute apartment! Spacious and it had a lot of nice little conveniences. Like wireless chargers and mini speakers in each room. Very clean and had all you could need minus your own food! Owner was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful! It was a nice place to come home and relax after a long day at the falls! Would definitely return!”

“Check in was a breeze! The home was very nice! I loved the little extra touches. The snacks were greatly appreciated. It was close to food areas...easy to walk to. I loved the trail across the street. The beds were comfy too!!! Id definitely recommend. Id also stay here again.”

“While the owners promptly addressed issues like the door lock and cable box, the overall cleanliness fell short. Dead bugs on walls, bathroom had hairs in it, a dirty stove, and various kitchen hygiene concerns were noted. Maintenance issues included an unpleasant sewage odor from the upstairs toilet indicating it needs to be reseated. Kitchen amenities lacked essentials like paper towels and knives, and the absence of a dishwasher required handwashing with minimal dish soap. The downstairs……

“My family really enjoyed our stay here. The location has such easy access to the falls, and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere in town that we wanted to go. As a family of 4 with 2 adult children this gave us the extra space we needed without having to buy 2 hotel rooms. The place is not super luxurious, but is well stocked with all the basics that we needed to enjoy our stay.”

“We had a nice stay at this house in Niagara Falls. It is about a 15 minute walk to the falls. The inside of the house was renovated and looked new. We were a party of 11 and there was sufficient space for everyone. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The house had a nice front porch but it was dusty so we could not make use of that. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there.”

“This was a very nice place to stay with our family on a short fishing trip. The owners were responsive when I communicated with them. The house was very clean and met our needs. The beds were cozy and the fact that linens were provided was a bonus. The view outside the house was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”
