「This is not a place for a couple it's a home that is shared. I didn't even stay 5 minutes there and notified the host that this place was not what I was looking for and I received zero response. Worst customer service sucks run run run」

「There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...
