Ramsay's Happy Place w/ River Access & tubes - New Construction

Delightful little luxe home with thoughtful consideration focused on families and friends who love to be together. There are numerous areas, inside and outside, to get together with friends and family - when you're not playing in the Blanco River!

Important: The 4th bedroom and third bathroom is downstairs and is not accessible from inside the house on the second floor. You access it on the grilling porch.

Throw some juicy steaks on the oversized Cuisinart Griddle, blend a Margarita in our outdoor wet kitchen, watch a movie in the chill and dark TV room, walk a block or two to the river parks and dip into the beautiful Blanco River. It doesn't get much better than this!

We provide a key for guests to get into our coveted river parks. There's a two-acre riverfront park, shallow enough for little ones, with a brook that allows parents to put kids in tubes and let them float to the other parent. Kids delight in this! Then there's a five-acre riverfront park with a rope swing and deeper water. Relaxing and fun for the whole family!!

We welcome your dogs. We charge $50 per dog (no puppies), per stay, with a 3-pet maximum. (Ask us if you want to bring more than three dogs.) We do not allow aggressive breeds, and they must be on a leash when outdoors. We can add the dogs to your reservation, after you've booked, if you've decided to bring them along.

No day guests, please. The HOA parks have a minimum of 10 guests, per household, in the parks. The parks close at dusk. Not to mention that we're on a septic system.
