"Dissapointed.. notified the hotel and emailed to advise special occasion the room we were allocated was supposedly a privilege.. Would definitely not bother with the upgrade .. absolutely no veiw what so ever Room very bland , car park is in a secure area about 10 mins away from hotel at an extra ..."

"There was no electricity even though we followed the instructions; turns out there were missing instructions. No hot water at all for the first day - had to shower in ice cold water. Foldable bed very uncomfortable. Good kitchen facilities, though."
