Loved it!

Staff very friendly and helpful with our accommodations. Very clean rooms in this mansion home, Well kept grounds for walking and bird watching. Breakfast will be at the Warrior Cafe just down the road, but is good and hardy.

Anniversary stay

An amazing place!

Mill Creek Gardens far exceeded our expectations. The place is absolutely amazing! The accommodations are lush and very comfortable. We were given vouchers for breakfast at a restaurant in town. We came to see the Sandhill Cranes and will be back again!

This place was amazing. I didnt know what to expect but was floored at how nice the owners were. How clean things were. The privacy and hospitality were top notch.

The grounds around the property offered many areas to relax, read, and just enjoy nature. The room was elegant and the hosts/staff were friendly and very helpful. Indoors we took advantage of the library to play card games. The 2nd floor terrace also offered a very peaceful place to read. It is an easy .5 mile bike ride to the Panhandle Pathway Trail.

This was an excellent stay!! Jim and Sue were very accommodating. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was top notch. This stay worked perfectly with my time I had to stay in Winamac. I highly recommend this place and will be returning next time I visit Winamac!!! Thanks guys for an excellent stay!!

We stayed at this facility for two nights. They did not have breakfast available (no cook), and gave us vouchers for a local restaurant, but part of a “b&b” is a good breakfast at the property. Do not reserve the “study” as it is in the basement without windows to see the grounds. The room was clean, the grounds are beautiful, and it really is about the only decent place to stay in this small town.

We reserved a room with two beds. We did not know until we checked in that it would be in the basement. We were offered a room with a king size bed, but we needed two. Our cell phone service and the internet did not work well in the basement. The towels and linens did not match the opulence of the building. We did not find out until the next morning that the adjoining door to a possible movie room was not locked. The parking area needs to be enlarged. The building and the grounds are beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and all was quiet for a good night's rest.
