"Our room was quiet, roomy and clean. Checking in took about 40 minutes and a couple of the front desk staff i dealt with were not the friendliest but, other than that, our stay was very pleasant. "

Asked for a room with a view and was told that was possible. Walked into a parking garage view. Will not be staying here again."

"Clean room is ok , but room 95 , floor 29 need to change The bathroom light bulbs are burned out. Staff are friendly. Shops are very helpful. Breakfast please This is a disgrace, don't sell this breakfast anymore, this isn't breakfast, they gave us a coupon, Supposedly for a free continental breakfast, when you get to the coffee shop they give you a glass of juice, a boiled egg, a cup of fruit, and three mini croissants. I paid Expedia for breakfast, and it wasn't breakfast at all. The employee was incredibly rude; she told us, "You're going to use that coupon? It's just a small snack, not breakfast," and she was absolutely right. I had to pay an additional $55 on top of what I had already paid Expedia for breakfast. THIS IS A SCAM. PLEASE DON'T SELL THIS ANYMORE. Thank you very much."

"No coffee maker in room so you have to buy from shops. Felt a bit forced out on check out day… had staff enter room twice prior to checkout. (9:30 am and 11:30 am)."
