"No free breakfast "

"The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were no cups in the room for coffee, yet there was a coffee machine and lids for cups. I called down to the front desk and was told they don't supply cups in the room and if I wanted a cup I had to go down to the coffee bar to get one. My tv didn't work in my room. It had sound but no picture. The girl at the front said she was the only one on staff and couldn't leave the front desk so there was nothing she could do to help. I did request a new room and got that. The breakfast bar was good."

"Property felt safe and convenient during travel. Well lit, clean exterior. Gentlemen at the front desk was professional, polite and quick with check in. Entrances to property were convenient to elevators etc. Very clean lobby and room. We did not partake in the breakfast but it looked clean and well stocked. Very nice stay. Definitely recommend."
