"Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at The Cottage in Monroe. The beautiful historic home is clean and spacious with restored hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. The wide front porch and well-equipped pool and patio area were especially relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, and our hosts supplied everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The downtown Monroe area is walkable with fabulous restaurants and cute shops. I highly recommend Jordan and Patrick as your hosts!"

"We stayed for 3 nights and it was super relaxing. All neighbors were cool, place is on a cul-de-sac, really quiet. The place is fully furnished you don’t need anything except a quick trip to publix for food."

"The home is lovely and homey. Even though it is close to a highway, we did not notice much road noise. It was quiet inside. The bed we slept in had a memory foam mattress and was very comfortable. In the kitchen, we found everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Amy is very sweet and quick to respond if you need anything."

"The house was very clean and spacious. I loved the wood floors as I had a dog with me and this made it easy to clean up any accidents. I also liked that it was so close to the UGA campus. The beds were very comfortable and the walk in shower was a dream ! It was also equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Overall, this would be a great place for family and friends to enjoy a game weekend or campus for parents of a college student."

There was plenty of room for all to sleep and the basement area provided plenty of entertainment for our group to enjoy during the evenings. The shuffleboard amenity gave us a two night event of a friendly tournament. Additionally, the downstairs table along with additional fridge & sink/bar area was perfect for our poker night and allowed some of us older folk to save the wear on our knees from having to...
