The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, very elegant and had an excellent bed. We had a sublime creative dinner and a magnificent breakfast. Everything was perfect.

5-star…! This hotel is fantastic. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Bed pillows, super comfortable. Internet works great. Amazing restaurant that overlooks the city and the mountains. Love the overall design of the hotel it is beautiful. Would recommend to anyone.

Too expensive

The hotel is clean but loud. The management tries too hard to make it a first class experience without success. The restaurant is clean and the food is okay, but not high grade cuisine. Restaurant staff is friendly but has no idea how to serve , which most of the people in that restaurant didn't even notice. It's a 3 star hotel, wanting to be a 5 star hotel.

The location is unique on top of the hill with an amazing view. The service is generally better than you find in standard Namibia hotels. Breakfast was very good. However, for the price paid, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (firm) to the point I had trouble sleeping. In my view, a hotel is essentially selling a nights sleep. Everything was great except the most important thing.

Overrated. Do not recommend

When we checked in, even though I knew it was prepaid, they gave us someone else’s paperwork and said we needed to pay. Eventually we got it resolved. Also the restaurant Leo’s was absolutely awful! Fine dinning? No way. The shrimp were overcooked, they didn’t give us the scallops and the chicken was sooo dry! Ridiculous overpriced and the worst meal we’ve had in our 2 weeks in Africa!

Tolles Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf Windhoek. Die empfohlene und organisierte City Tour war leider nicht gut. Der Fahrer war nicht gut informiert und ist bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten im Auto sitzen geblieben.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Stil in Namibia

Das Hotel Heinitzburg ist eine sehr gute Wahl für den Start oder den Schluss der Namibia Reise. Ein Schloss, dessen Charme erhalten geblieben ist. Sehr schöne Suiten, und vor allem ein exquisites Restaurant (Leo) machen den Aufenthalt zum Genuss.
