“Most important thing for me when staying somewhere is it has to be clean, this place was spotless. Has all the appliances you will need and a ton of kitchen utensils. A short drive or walk for some really good eateries or some beautiful waterfront views. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any and everyone. Definitely 5stars.”

“We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!”

“Bayside Oasis is an Oasis by the Bay! The property delivers everything the owners promised. It’s a great place for family vacations, as well as a group of friends getting together for relaxation and fun on the water. The children in our group, ages 4-10, loved the playground and pool. The property was easy to find, check-in/out was a breeze and all questions were answered in a timely manner. For many years my family and I have gone to the Outer Banks and stayed directly on the ocean or directly……

“I have to say that I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the house. I realize that it is a very large house, but all the same, it should have been cleaned and maintained better for a short-term rental. The owner only supplied one old bath towel and one cheap new wash clothe per guest. No hand towels were initially provided. I contacted the owner and she had towel sent very quickly. The rugs did not look vacuumed, the bathroom rugs were dirty, the shower curtains were mildewed, and……
