"A value priced hotel that is pet friendly (1 pet stays free - love it!). Conveniently located right off I90. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. That's all I ask for. I will stay here again for sure."

"We really appreciated the amenities, the staff, the property layout and the bathroom had a towels rack which no other hotels have. We have already booked a stay at Towneplace Marriott in Ft. Myers for our Feb. vacation!"

"The continental breakfast was amazing. So many options. We wanted a hotel with a pool and this one was supposed to have one. When we got there we were told the pool was closed for maintenence but when we went and looked at it, it was very obvious that the pool has not been opened for years. So that should be removed as a amenity until the pool is actually working. Location was good, lots of resturants around and it was very close to my son's home in Mentor who we were visiting."

"Perfect location! Private beach was nice. Microwave and mini fridge was a nice surprise. Stairs are big and wide- could be an issue for some ADA guests."
