Perfect location! Private beach was nice. Microwave and mini fridge was a nice surprise. Stairs are big and wide- could be an issue for some ADA guests.

The location was good, but that was about it. The room used a keypad lock, and getting the code to work took far too long. There was no toilet paper, and the towels were dirty. If you just need somewhere to crash after a might of bar hopping it might do, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The room could have been cleaner specially the shower and above the window. It was very loud at night when the water from the A/C above dripped on our unit. Otherwise all went well. Overall the stay was good.

We were lakefront on the bottom floor. Having coffee on the patio in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening is the best feature of the hotel. It's a great view of Lake Erie.
