Located right on the strip! Just steps from all the fun! Room was clean, TV streaming was spotty but who cares when there are so many fun things to do!
The rooms were clean beds were extremely comfortable. Great customer service staff was very friendly and able to answer any questions and supply us with extra towels or anything we needed. Great views
I don’t know if we were or not, but we felt like the first people to ever stay in the cottage because it was so clean. The beds were really comfortable and the location was right on the strip with a bar and grill /music venue right across the street. The private beach area had a lot of drift wood, but was still a beautiful view.

Check in was fast and efficient. Patrick the on site manager was very polite and helpful. The only downside was the bathroom sink did clog and there wasn’t any plunger available for us to unclog it. I would stay again for sure.
Outside area unkept. No internet and AC in one bedroom our entire stay. Ryan said he would fix and never did. He got agitated when you called him.
People parked in our spaces that were not staying there. Called Ryan and he did nothing.
Someone with authority needs to be on site.
Ryan is in Nashville.
Misty and the girl from Chile were helpful, but Misty did not get internet fixed. 4 days without internet (cable and iPhones were useless.
Will never be back. Anyone asks us about staying there we will tell them to forget it.
Rooms were nice and clean. Recently renovated.

I real issue is the bathroom. The shower has really low pressure so it takes longer to feel clean when you rinse and the toilet has difficulty flushing with enough suction. I had to throw water in the bowl using an empty trash can. I think I figured out you to push down and quickly yank the handle back up to get a real flush.
I appreciate the upgrade. I like having an AC in each room, a mini fridge and microwave, a nice sized smart tv mounted on the wall. The ability to pull the blinds down in every room for privacy.
Another issue that came up was while it was about 80 degrees outside, while the AC was going on Low Cool at 4 out of 7, the floor gets wet with condensation. It was the first time I’ve seen this happen so be careful of that.
My wife and I enjoyed being within walking distance of a nice variety of shops, attractions, bars, and restaurants. The people we met were friendly and mild mannered. Be careful of people with dogs they either can’t control well enough or neglect to pick up after.
That didn’t take away from our experience, people will be people.
Can’t wait to come back again soon to Geneva On the Lake.
I can’t express enough, our stay, our host was the best ever, the time we had was outstanding! We will definitely come back! Rooms are great and spacious, beautiful scenery, just doing nothing was even more enjoyable! Id recommend to all! Please come and stay you wont be disappointed!!!!!
A great little place. We had a junior suite. very clean and comfy. Very close to all of the strip action but quiet and relaxing. A great private beach. I just wish there was an in room coffee maker. We will return we loved our stay.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The people that manage the cottages were absolutely great and very kind. The cottage was very clean and whatever we needed they provided. We will definitely come back next year and I’m sure the year after that.
Our stay was great in some ways and not so great in others. It was just my middle school aged child and I staying in the Junior Suite. I’ll start with what was nice, It was the perfect size to give us space apart but also allow us to enjoy being together. The A/C was great as long as the door to the bedroom was open. The parking area was small but we found parking on the street right at the end of the property walkway, closer to the suite than the actual parking lot. The beach area was larger than most places along the strip. It was apparently being monitored by video, as a recorded voice told us every time we went down the stairs to the beach area.
The ladies were so pleasant and on top of it!!
From the moment I checked in, i felt relaxed and ready to unwind. The water was soothing! Great sunset too!
the bed felt like i was sleeping on springs poking thru the bed linens cable tv was not working right bad internet connection used the shower ended up with water all over floor.
Did not have a coffee maker, hair dryer, or working TV. The listing said there was a kitchenette, there was not. Parking was a ways off so getting luggage to and from was challenging. No contact person if there is a problem. No lawn chairs. The bed was uncomfortable and mushy.
The air conditioner at least worked.
Loved the location, but there was no property manager there the entire stay. Just a woman who spoke no English that we assumed was a housekeeper, and was no help. In fact we had to help her change batteries on another persons room entry box so that they could get in due to low battery report. I’ll give more details if asked..
The bathroom sink was a Joke. It was, literally, the size of one that you have in an airplane bathroom. Never thought that trying to brush my teeth would be such an ordeal.
We’ve been staying at the same place/cottage for 21 years (minus last year when they were shut down for renovations) We used to pay890.00+. This year for the same cottage it was $1400++
Comfy beds and A/c that we didn’t need on.

We didn't get a cottage but had a motel room next to the cottages so a little disappointed with how the property was advertised. The staff member that gave me the key was very helpful though and the property is 10 steps from Lake Erie so beautiful outside.
