"We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. The hotel is quiet, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. What truly made this stay special was the thoughtfulness of the staff. Prior to arrival, I had mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday. When we checked in, we were genuinely touched to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake along with a handwritten card from the hotel team. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated. Every interaction we had with the staff felt warm, professional, and sincere. This hotel is not only an excellent choice for business travel, but also perfect for families or special occasions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"This was a terrible hotel. We stayed for three days, and there was no Wi-Fi for two of them. The service was indifferent, and the room only had $8 bottles of water. The room facilities were old, and the staff were arrogant. I will never go there again."

"訂的是三人房， 結果梳化床沒有枕頭、床單、及被提供， 要自己去櫃檯問，居然說五月中天氣不凍不提供。 幸好另一個員工聽到沒有被感覺較凍， 主動提供比張毛氈， 但係前台第一個員工態度非常之差， 最初check-in攞房已經完全不對資料求其就比兩間房我們， 結果是我們主動提出只訂了一間房。 初時評語入住登記都俾佢四星， 但係到晚上認真使用設施才覺得這間酒店不值此評核 水壓簡直弱弱的， 員工態度差，早餐非常一般，不會再入住"
