“Nice cabin and lot. Very good private access to Niangua River. Road to property off paved road not as bad as some earlier posts, typical of the area. Excellent communication with owner, she replied to all my emails within hours/minutes. All in all, very satisfied, would stay there again.”

“This is the second year we have chose to stay here. Love the convenience of the river right off the deck. Plenty of room for family to enjoy and stretch out. The house is conveniently located close to grab groceries when needed. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Only 25 min trip to Bennett Springs to book float trips or fish. Couldn’t ask for a better Host. ”

“The begin with the owners were not around during the check-in process (I believe they had a family emergency) but we did finally find someone to get us access. The cabin was full of cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere (this is expected somewhat since it's a cabin but this was more than just a few). Overall the cabin was in pretty good shape which was the biggest thing for us. The entire grounds were NOTHING like the photos (old photos) and needed to be mowed / weeded very badly. Everything was run……

“Great experience! We were a party of 6 that had a quick get away to relax, float the river, and enjoy life. Two parents and 4 adult kids (18-21 years old). I expected the river float to be the highlight of our weekend. It was not!! The best part was being at the cabin. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and having corn hole tournaments. I did not expect that at all. After corn hole we sat inside and played games. Best quick get-away for us. The hosts were very awesome! Always responsive to us……
