"Welcome drinks gives a good first impression. Although no air conditioning, hotel offers fan for ventilation and that's okay for night temperture of below 20 degrees. Location close to city centre with lots of pubs and restaurants around."

"What stunning hotel, we had a junior suite, and it was such a great space. Plenty of room for starters. Tones of natural light, with a fantastic view of the Millennium and Tyne Bridge. Pure comfort and luxury, if we didn’t have plans I would have chilled in the room more, that’s how nice the room ..."

The worst hotel stay in the entire trip

"Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and ..."
