The property was very dated and could use serious updating.Bedding and towels were clean.The carpet needed to be replaced as well as furnishings. Tv was nice.I could have saved $21.34 buy walking into the office and booking a room. So much for saving on your site.Wouldn't recommend property.

Easy parking, pet friendly. Staff very helpful. The pet room's carpet is ... Maybe very very used is the best explanation. We kept our flip flops on. But the rooms are quiet, the bed is comfortable, and for traveles elike us this worked beautiful ly.

The room was clean. our bathroom needed some aesthetic work done, but it was clean. Staff was very helpful. It is pet friendly & we had puppy pads with us, just in case. Parking was a little tight, but we got to park close to our room. We enjoyed our room & would stay there again

The hotel was easily accessed off of the main drag. The staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were clean. I had booked this reservation through Expedia for a three night stay. My plans got changed and only stayed for one night. The hotel gave me a receipt for one night. After spending a while trying to figure out how to contact Expedia on their website and finally reaching an AI that finally got me to a live person, I think, I tried to see about my refund. I had purchased their stay protection plan. I finally got an answer saying that the length of stay was not approved by a manager. I also gave them the number for the hotel. They stated that they had tried several times but were unable to contact them. I picked up the phone and called and got right through. They did not refund any moneys. Beware when using Expedia make sure you read the fine print in buying any of their products.

Actually more about Winnemucca than the hotel; It’s cold! Even in late May. It’s a beautiful high desert climateAll the staff were very nice and had I thought about it I would have asked for extra blanket and they would have been happy to provide one. On checking in they gave me lots of helpful information and suggestions on places to eat close by.
