Disappointed on the outcome

This unit layout was impeccable! View was good and I was provided a fob, however, this unit's maintenance was a different story. The listing provided the incorrect wifi network name - which wasn't a big deal - but it shouldn't have taken a couple days to be attended to. The REAL kicker was when the thermostat was SET TO AC vs heat. I booked this unit for 2 weeks mid-end of November 2024, and had to be given portable heaters a week into my stay and the AC wasn't switched over to the heater setting till my 2nd last day; it was unfortunate. Imagine trying to sleep and the AC is blasting towards your face, imagine sitting on the couch wrapped in 2 throw blankets, drinking hot tea and still feeling cold. By the end of my stay it all got sorted out and the kind manager from Nesthost reached out to make things right with me. Sucks, because I had to book for another 2 weeks and didn't feel comfortable to rebook the same unit, regardless of the layout. I'm sure my experience will help assist with coaching opportunities to those in charge of maintenance and I hope all future bookings result in a more positive experience.

Nice little place

Very nice place and location. The door code was not programmed upon arrival and it took several phone calls to rectify the problem but otherwise I was very pleased with my stay.
