Too forever for someone to come to reception to check my in (I showed up at 8:00pm). They overcharged me and additional $30 (unrelated to the deposit) from what my Expedia booking said it would be- no explanation for why.

It was the worst hotel stay of my life. Crack heads staying up all night and people doing drugs off my window sill at 3:30 am. While listening to loud music. I was afraid to confront them and it took security twenty minutes to arrive. It was a scene from a parody about worst possible scenarios.

We decided not to stay after arriving because I was traveling with my daughters and wasn’t comfortable with the environment around the property. There were several people gathered around the bus stop in front of the hotel, and there was noticeable activity outside that made me feel this wasn’t the right fit for my family. The staff were courteous and professional, and my decision was based on my family’s comfort level rather than the service we received.

The lobby was outdated, dirty carpet and there was a stale offensive odour..When I was registering they asked for a $200 damage deposit on the room , which was inconsistent with the other guests present some were asked for $100 some $200 while one lady was asked for $500 . The room was also outdated ,bedding did not appear fresh ,there was an odour to the room ,and there was no door on the bathroom vanity .We did not feel safe or secure in our hotel room , there was no safety latch on the door . There were several sketchy people loitering around the hotel . We did not stay in the room and cut our losses and left ! We left our key cards on the counter in the room and did not return to the front desk. We were already charged for the room and wouldn’t get a refund and they would given it to someone else and got double the money for the same unsatisfactory room !Live and learn 😕

Very dirty lobby and rooms. Ppl loitering outside and inside gives it that unsafe environment and is very unwelcoming. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. It’s not worth the money that the staff was understanding enough to reimburse me for.
