We tried to call the hotel for an airport shuttle which we had inquired about prior to booking. We were told that the service was available for a late check in. The phone rang for several minutes and multiple times with no answer. We took a taxi to the hotel at our own expense. We found the public areas to be quite dirty including food on the floors in the hallway. The room was fine and the bed was good as well. The staff was pleasant. We were able to get a shuttle the next morning for our return trip to the airport. We probably won't return to this particular hotel in the future.

There were other guests partying and fighting in the neighbouring rooms... couldn't fall asleep until 3:00am. There were also bugs crawling around on the floor; room felt very dirty.

This was my first time staying at this property in Winnipeg. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that I had to carry all my luggage up a fairly steep staircase. After that, the door to the unit would not open despite several attempts. The lady at the front desk was very kind, generous, and helpful—she stepped in immediately to assist and ultimately accommodated me in a different room, which I appreciated. The room itself was organized and reasonably well arranged. However, the carpet was in very poor condition and quite concerning. When I checked the linens, I tried to convince myself they were fresh, but it was noticeable that they were not as fresh as expected. Overall, I do not think I will be returning. Given the price I paid for a single night, I expected a much more satisfactory experience

The front staff when I checked in was terrible and didn't explain their policies and even when I phoned I was told something different. Was not told we had to pay for the entire stay before being checked in and when I said everyone isn't here to help pay I was told to just sit and wait. Then when they did show up she didn't understand or want to help us when we just wanted to pay all of us. So is pay my half and the others paid their half. Took 30-45 mins to check in... There was sketchy people around a d was woken up at 430 am to a woman in the hallway yelled and demanding and wanting someone to open the door and let them in and the night before kids scarring all down the halls almost all hours of the night. The rooms were very dated and a lamp was torn and lots of stuff just broken. Like the photo on the wall and night stand. I probably won't stay here again. The checkout staff was very nice and helped us.

Staff and service were excellent, i know it was January 1 but we just came off a 12 hour flight and 8 hours layover hut I never got to sleep till 5 in the morning at room across the hall were going in and out of their room. Once done going in and out I got a great sleep as there beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is decent, proximity to the airport and shuttle are worth it. It's not a bad review, it's an honest one. Thanks to the staff for making the good part make me overlook the not so good one.
