「This is an awesome place to stay. It seems to be fairly new and the room was immaculate. Very clean and spacious with a large TV that you could view from the sitting area or swivel around and watch from the bed. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with easy entry/exit. 「When checking in we were not informed that the overall heating system was not working. I didn’t find out until inquiring after fiddling with it for15 minutes. Phone to front desk not working so had to walk down to ask. Was told there was a space heater in room: there wasn’t . Walked down again and eventually got one. The not being straightforward about it was theworst especially for inflated holiday weekend rates.」

「The room and hotel staff were great. We shuttled to and from the airport with no wait. The drivers were courteous and helpful putting our luggage in and out of the vehicle. 「Checking in was fine, and I was able to et a late checkout. The staff was okay except for the "valet service." They never opened a door or greeted me when I entered. When I asked for them to calla taxi, the "valet" wanted to hand me a list of phone numbers, so I used Lyft. I was struggling with my suitcase on the way out. Two "valets" were standing a few feet away, and they didn't move! The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms are bare bones. My room was very small and had no closet...

「The room price was exorbitant for the view from our window: A multistory carpark (described by front desk staff as a "city view"). The room was not cleaned during the day. We had to request fresh towels and more lavatory paper. These were eventually delivered in the evening. The hotel advertises its restaurant. But the evening of our arrival you had to wait two hours for a table. Front desk staff were disengaged and uninterested in guest requests.」
