“Only complaint was cleaning the room and getting fresh towels every other day, Also we only had a trash can (small) in the bathroom. Should supply one for the room. We had to use one of our shopping bags for disposing of trash,”

“When I visit my family in town, this is my preferred stay. This hotel is a convenient location to the main strip is a nice price point for what you get. The staff is very courteous and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The hotel is clean and offers a free continental breakfast ( IIRC) as well. I have stayed at other hotels in the area, but this one is my top choice!”

“The room had an odor. The A/C was in disrepair- the compressor was not working. The water closet in the bathroom was leaking after flushing. They did not have another room available . We arrived at 3pm and left in the evening. We made the complaint to the front desk and informed them we were leaving and wanted a full refund. They said they understand and will be available when discussing with Expedia but we had to call Expedia first. I called Expedia last night and made the complaint and……

“This place is rundown. Dirty smelly carpet in hallway. Hotel smell of smoke. It's non smoking but folks stand in front door smoking and it filters in. Room lack maintenance... ceiling fan loose, caulking, stained tub, mold.. etc. The positive was the IHOP next door.. Ramada corporate should look into this place...”

“I guess I got what I paid for. The other reviews definitely didn’t match what was there. Room smelled badly, bathroom didn’t seem clean and I had to Lysol down the beds. The hallways were gross and smelled terrible and I was honestly worried that my car was gonna get broken into. I don’t recommend this hotel.”

“My children wanted to use the pool and were met with clumps of hair everywhere you looked, with the illusion that the pool are had not been cleaned in an unknown amount of time. The bathroom was littered with trash, and the floor was disgusting within the pool area. My room lights never worked except one in the corner. My safety lock was snapped off as if someone broke in. My door never properly latched and I had to push items against the door to keep it locked. My shower water never turned on,……
