“The old lady at the front desk doesn't know what she is doing. She is rude beyond belief. Instead of taking responsibility for things, she quickly blamed housekeeping, the nightshift clerk, and the morning clerk. I don't need to hear you trash talk your coworkers. “Smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag over it. Front door to hotel was out of order. A large, white stain on the carpet in our room. In desperate need of updating. Lights on outside of elevator didnt work, so we weren't sure if it was working or not, turns out was.”
