Was disappointed in this room. It advertised as a kitchenette. I called as they did not have utensils, they said I could purchasebsome from them, so I brought my own to cook breakfast for my family. Then at 6 am the range would not work, turned pn but got constabt error message and never got hot. I had to go out and spend $50 for breakfast for the family. Will not go back to this location. For me it was false asvertising. I would like to get a credit for the inconenience. When we left the front desk was locked down. They do not have manned front desk was constantly closed. Also no tissues just 1/2 role of toilet paper, hard as heck, with 4 people in the room. Thank you

Property is perfect for a quick stay. Was nice to have a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Only negatives were the parking lot noise both nights we stayed, car alarms went off several times for multiple minutes, loud talking/yelling in parking lot.

My NC Stay

My stay started off with hair in the bed, not good. The front desk clerk (Marcus) came and changed the linen, he was very nice and responsive. The room was ok. I didn’t realize this was an extended stay hotel. With that in mind, it was fine if you needed to stay for a while. The location was perfect and it was a new property, which made it nice.

This Hotel was very basic. No extras or frills included. A clean place to sleep. They were always short on towels to replace used ones. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean but hallways were not vacuumed very often.

I didn't like that the staff lived on the premises. They hung out all night in the lobby area. The police was called on one of the people who were staying there. The staff was nice and the place was super clean but I wouldn't stay there again.

The bed was comfortable but the room key had to be reset multiple times I couldn’t get into the room and o e front desk clerk didn’t know how to set the keys. Also I work nightshift after getting off one morning I went in to go to sleep. The smoke detector alarm went off for hours and I could not sleep. It was horrible.
