This cozy studio on the 5th floor in Fraser Crossing has mountain contemporary

furnishings and a beautiful view of the Continental Divide. The galley kitchen

is perfect for making quick meals as you prepare for the day's activities!



**The Bedroom**

You will have a restful sleep in the King bed and if you are a small family,

there is also a sofa sleeper that folds out next to it for a perfect weekend

or longer getaway in the mountains.



During the stay, you can access on-site storage for your skis, snowboard, or

bike. To enhance your experience, enjoy the complimentary High-Speed internet

throughout the building.



The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are just steps away across

Winter Park Drive.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

**HOT TUB CLOSURE**. Closed Summer 2024 for Construction. Please be aware,

the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe amenity decks with access to grills and

hot tubs will be closed for construction until January 10th, 2025.

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.
