This home had the most spectacular view of the mountain! It was perfect for our group of families. The main space was wonderful for cooking and hanging out in. The second living room was so wonderful for our kids to play in. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic - the property itself was beautiful with all the things you would want in a "home away from home." The views were superb and the proximity to Winter Park resort, the town, and tons of outdoor activities. Would certainly stay here again! This place accommodated our large family perfectly and had a great view! The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was an added bonus after a day of skiing. The first night we noticed water dripping from the ceiling from the snow melt on the roof. Not a big deal, we put a pan under the drip until it stopped. We also called about it and they sent somebody out the next day to check it out!

Beautiful home with amazing views. We rented 2 homes across from each other to house a 19 person anniversary party. We used the resort amenities every day including a gondola ride and hike, Adventure pass for the kids to rock climb and ropes course and even hikes along the Fraser River. Everything was clean, in working order and well appointed. Thank you for a great trip!

This home fit our family and when we called for something, you were there. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. With 8 people we did need more than just a couple rolls of TP per bathroom. The service for cleaning the decks was wonderful. Hope we get to stay in the property again.

We loved this location. It was in a neighborhood right across the intersection from the ski resort so easy car drop off for skiers and also on a route for the local bus shuttle to the slopes. And, everything else we did was easily accessible from this location as well. The property was very nice and had plenty of room to accommodate my parents, my brother’s family of 6, and my family of 4. It was the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. This town was easy to get around and not crowded. It’s our new favorite ski town.

Wonderful group trip for Thanksgiving. We've made it an annual tradition and this was a nice town home for the occasion. The kitchen was very stocked. All of the dishes, pots, pans and gadgets you could need (although only 1 kitchen towel). Great location and very spacious. Be aware, it is a 3 story home. All of the bedrooms are downstairs on the 2 and 3rd floors down. Its a hike from the very bottom floor to the main level, so if you have very young or elderly folks in your group, might not be the ideal location. No issue for us though...would definitely stay here again.

We booked a wonderful villa with Winter Park Escapes for our summer family vacation in Winter Park. The Villa was very spacious and modern. The Mountain View was incredible and being nestled into the forest was so quiet and peaceful. Booking directly was easy and definitely more personal and affordable. Communication was excellent and staff was very helpful in providing everything we needed. We had a fabulous time and would love to come back again. We highly recommend booking your stay with Winter Park Escapes!

Everything about our stay here was top drawer. The views of the resort and nearby mountains are spectacular. The place was very clean, brand new, and professionally presented. We had such a great experience renting this property! It was so beautiful and modern and new! Loved the decor and the views! I would love to stay here again! The check in process was very easy. The kitchen and house were well stocked with nice touches like local coffee! WinterPark Escapes was wonderful to work through and very attentive, quick, and friendly any time I reached out! The house is in a new development so the one downside was construction all day on Friday. But that aside, it was a 10/10!! Thanks for having us!

We had the most amazing experience at Lakota Reserve 403! This place had everything we would need. First, we were overwhelmed by the "jaw-dropping" view of the resort and surrounding mountains when we walked into the great room. The owners thought of everything. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Our large group spread out comfortably among all 5 bedrooms. The decor/vibe was a 10/10. Getting to and from the resort was easy due to the free shuttle stop at the end of the street. Soaking in the hot tub after skiing was a highlight for all. The Winter Park Escapes staff were a joy to work with! Can't wait to book this place again! Thank you!
